Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and afternoon walk around Malaga

Arrival in Malaga Airport transfer to hotel. Meet and greet with guide and group after check in. In the evening begin our discovery of this vibrant city by touring its colourful streets and lanes. Visit the Gibralfaro Castle, that overlooks the city on the hilltop. Evening dinner and get-together drinks.

Day 2: Visit to the Picasso Museum and town of Ronda

After breakfast, our discovery of Malaga continues with a visit to the museum of one of its most famous locals, Picasso. We visit the Pablo Picasso Museum, where we discover the inspiration for the works of art, of one the 20th century´s most renowned artists. Onwards we leave Malaga and head inland into the heartland of Andalusia towards the hilltop village of Ronda. One of Europe´s most picturesque villages. We enjoy a relaxed walk across its cobbled streets with its breathtaking views of the landscape brimming with olive and lemon groves.

Day 3: Torcal de Antequera Natural Park and Seville

Departing from Ronda we head north towards the Torcal of Antequera. One of Europes most unique natural parks. A karst landscape park of limestone towers dotting across the horizon. Onwards we head towards the great city of Seville. Capital of the Andalusia region and a city rich in history dating back from Medieval times. Departure point for Christopher Columbus on his discovery of the New World. Free evening to enjoy the delights of Seville.

Day 4: Tour of the historical quarters of Seville

Guided tour around the old quarter of Seville with its historical medieval lanes filled with orange trees and colorful buildings. Visit to the famous Alcazar Palace and the Seville Cathedral. Free time in the evening for shopping and to enjoy the vibrant evening of Seville.

Day 5: Visit to the moorish cities of Cordoba and Granada

After breakfast we travel to the city of Cordoba. Former capital of the Kingdom of Al Andalus. In the middle ages, this was the most developed city in the world and showed the splendour of andalusian arabic life. We visit the infamous Mosque of Cordoba. A Moorish Mosque built by the arabs and converted to a cathedral after the christian reconquest of Southern Spain. Walk through the mezmerizing old quarter of the city. After lunch we head towards Granada. Home to the last arabic kingdom that withstood the reconquest of Spain.It is a city where Jewish, Christian, Muslim and Gypsy cultures mixed together and blend to form a unique culture of what is today, traditional Spain. Free evening free to walk around the city.

Day 6: Tour of the ancient arab quarter, Alhambra palace and Flamenco night

In the morning we stroll through the old medievel quarter of the city, the Albayzin aswell the Realejo filled with beauitiful period mansions and houses dating back from the arab and merchant times. Afterwards, we visit one of the most majestic palaces in the world and Spain´s most renowned historical sight. The Alhambra Palace. We enjoy its majestic views that covers the whole city and the ever lurking snowy white Sierra Nevada Mountains. Stroll through its elegant rooms and the mighty fortification that protected the palace for centuries.

In the evening we enjoy a wonderful traditional Flamenco night in one of the Gypsy Caves of the Sacramonte district.

Day 7: Free time and visit to the villages of the Sierra Nevada

After breakfast we enjoy some free time for shopping for souvenirs local artisanal treats. Onwards we head south towards the Alpujarra region of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. On our way we pass through the Lecrin Valley, which was the breadbasket of the Nazarian kingdom full of Almond and Citrus orchards as well as plentiful Olive groves. We visit the Alpujarra region. A unique mountainous valley which was one of the last bastions of arab rules in Spain. Where traditional white washed villages and houses made in traditional methods of stone and olive trees dot the mountainous landscape. In the evening free time to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the scenic village of Capileira.

Overnight in Capileira/The Alpujarra

Day 8: Stroll through the whitewashed villages, trying Serrano Ham and off to the tropical coast.

Morning visit to an artisanal workshop in the neighbouring village of Trevelez to discover how one of Spain's most unique delicacies,Serrano Ham is created. We travel onwards across the Alpujarra region and head southwards to return to the coastline to Almuñecar. On our way we stop at an olive grove to discover how this ever important delight, a part of spanish life and culture is created.

Almuñecar, a wonderful coastal town surrounded by blissful beaches and secluded coves.It is the centre of the coastline known as the Costa Tropical. Due to its unique climate and being the only place in Continental Europe where tropical fruits like Mangos,Avocados and Papayas are grown. Free afternoon to enjoy the wonderful scenery and beaches Almuñecar has to offer.

Day 9: Visit to the coastal town of Nerja, its Cave and a scenic Mediterranean coastal drive.

After breakfast we head to discover the unique caves of Nerja. Known as Spain's underground wonder it has some of the largest stalactites in the world. Onwards we visit town of Nerja. A scenic town situated on a cliff top overlooking the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. On our return we travel through the goats road. One of most picturesque coastal drives on the Mediterranean.
Day 10: Departure

After our unique discovery of the land of passionate people and landscapes it's time to say goodbye to the ever striking land .But as the Andalusian saying goes once you visit you will always be a local.To which we say goodbye and depart back to Malaga airport.
