Day 1: Arrival and walking tour of Dublin.

Arrival in Dublin. Transfer to hotel, check in, meet and greet with group. Afterwards a lovely walking tour of central Dublin, through its elegant streets. Evening get together drinks and dinner in hotel.

Day 2: Guinness Storehouse tour and Trinity College.

We begin our morning with a visit to the infamous Guinness Storehouse. Discovering how Ireland´s most favourite drinks is made and why, as the well known Irish saying goes 'Guinness is good for you'. Afterwards we visit some of Dublin´s famous artisanal culinary delights through its streets and lanes followed by a visit to Trinity College and see the Book of Kells.

In the evening we enjoy a tasteful meal in the renowned Michelin star Chapter One restaurant in North Dublin.

Day 3: Glendalough and Kilkenny

After breakfast we depart Dublin and head south through the lush green countryside. Stop in Glendalough,a beautiful glacial valley with a picturesque lake and ancient monastery dating back from the 6th Century. Onwards we travel south,visiting Kilkenny. Ireland´s best preserved medievel town. Enjoy a walk through its historic streets and a visit to the Smithwicks Craft Beer Brewery.

Day 4: Rock of Cashel, Trout and Cheese farm

Departing Kilkenny we continue our journey through the relaxing countryside and visit the Rock of Cashel.The former ancient capital of Ireland centuries ago,this majestic ruin sits on a hilltop surrounding the fields and Cashel town below it.After which we visit a renowned Cheese farm and discover how this savoury delicacy is made using traditional irish methods. Onwards we visit a Trout farm and enjoy some renowned irish trout for lunch.

Continuing south we head to Ardmore. A picturesque village situating on the Atlantic Coast. In the evening we enjoy a wonderful evening cookery class in the Tannery Cookery School and our delightful dinner made ourselves with local irish produce.

Day 5: Blarney Castle, Cork City and English Market

Departing Ardmore we head west towards Blarney Castle and then to Ireland´s second largest city,Cork home to a vibrant restaurant scene and the renowned Indoor English Market dating back from the the 17th Century where local suppliers showcase they´re produce.Continuing west we visit Kinsale. A charming fishing town known as Ireland´s foodie capital and a town filled with old world charm.

Day 6: Discovery of West Cork and visit to a Salmon Smokehouse

After Breakfast, a walk to Charles Fort.A well preserved Bastian fort dating back from the 16th Century with many tales of war to tell during British rule. Afterwards a drive through the beginning of the Wild Atlantic Way route. One of the most scenic coastline drives in the world. Visit to Ummera Smokehouse to discover how traditional Irish Smoked Salmon is created. Onwards a visit to the 3 thousand years old Drombeg Stone Circle dating back from ancient celtic times, where we also stroll to discover ancient herbal medicinal plants grown around the surrounding land. Later, continue to Baltimore. A fishing town, renowned for its great seafood and known for many maritime stories, from Ottoman pirates to World War I sinkings.

Day 7: Bantry, Seawead tasting and a Killarney

Departing Kinsale we continue west across the fields of West Cork, driving through this ancient land filled with myths and legends. Stop in Bantry at a seaweed harvest enterprise to discover how this new age yet traditional local crop is harvested and prepared. We´ll get to try a few delicious samples. After Bantry we head to Killarney one of Ireland´s best pub towns filled with great bars and amazing natural surroundings.

Day 8: Ring of Kerry, Muckross House and Gardens

Departing in the morning we will be exploring Irelands most scenic drive route with 100 miles of beautiful valleys and spectacular shoreline. With plenty of marvelous photo stops along the way. Returning to Killarney, we stop at the elegant Muckross house and discover its beautiful park with a variety of different plants and scenic surroundings.

Day 9: Fairytale County Clare, Cliffs of Moher and Burren National Park

Departing Kerry we continue journeying across the Wild Atlantic Way taking a ferry across the estuary of the River Shannon (Ireland´s largest and longest river to Clare) the fairytale county of Ireland.We visit the Cliffs of Moher where you will experience the aw-inspiring power of nature and the Atlantic in its rawest form form. Hearing the sound of the waves, the wind and the birds hovering over their nests.

We visit the Burren National Park. The Burren,taking its name from the irish 'bhoirean' meaning rocky place. A region of special beauty where the eye is caught by a sight of a never ending limestone fields. Where certain plants grow out in-between its nooks and crannies and rivers and streams disappear into the soil to be discovered again miles away from this infinite rock. Visit to a perfumery to discover about ancient irish herbs.

Finishing our day drive we stay in Galway,a lively university town. Known as the happiest town in Europe.

Day 10: Departure back to airport

After a lovely 10 day journey discovering many local producers, artesans and breathtaking sights its time to say goodbye to the ever welcoming Ireland and depart back to Dublin/Shannon airport
